Shipping guidelines

Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time

The processing time begins on the day you place your order. Once we have processed it, we can ship it. All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times and are for reference only.

Processing time: 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday), daily order cut off: 12:00am ET

Delivery time: 1–5 working days (Monday to Friday)

Please note: Delivery time may be affected by holidays or high order volume. This is beyond our control. Normal operations resume immediately after each holiday. Incorrect address information and other issues may cause further delays.

Tracking your order

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. This will be activated within 24 hours.

Transport company

For our customers in the United States, we use USPS/UPS/local carriers/third-party logistics.

Change your address

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order at info@fureverest.com.

Cancellations

We have a 5-minute cancellation period. Should you change your mind before the order has been shipped, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order. 

Unexpected delays

Delivery may take longer than the stated standard delivery times. Please contact us if your package is outside this timeframe – we will be happy to assist you.

Packages damaged during transport

If your package was damaged in transit, please refuse delivery from the courier. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service.
